Rudraksha joined State Trading Corporation, an esteemed trading company owned by Government of India in the year 2011 as a Legal Manager. Thereafter, he was selected in NMDC, a pioneer company in mining operations in the country.
Sinha went on to obtain his Master's degree in Globalisation and Law with specialisation in Corporate and Commercial Law from Maastricht University, Netherlands
While pursuing his studies abroad, he interned for Jones Day in its Dubai, Frankfurt and London branches which provides significant legal services to more than half of the Fortune 500 companies in almost all fields of law.
Post his Masters, Sinha joined as an associate in one of the leading law firms in Delhi - AZB & Partners. Sinha has worked on legal compliance related matters and provided legal consultancy services to several reputed companies.
Apart from general civil and criminal laws, Sinha possesses specialized knowledge of telecommunication laws of India and has been providing legal consultancy services to one of the leading telecommunication company of the country for the past two years.
Sinha has also acquired rich experience in the following areas of law:
Research and consultation work on wide range of legal issues related to Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881; Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (including the 2019 amendments); and Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.
Vetting commercial contracts dealing with import of Gold, Silver and other precious metals.
Filing and registration of Trademarks for various businesses/companies.
Briefing Senior Advocates on cases relating to telecommunication laws in India specifically on AGR issues and other regulatory requirements.
Filing and pursuing of cases related to telecommunication laws in Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (“TDSAT”).
Experience of dealing in plethora of civil/criminal cases before the District Courts in New Delhi.
Dealt with cases under SARFAESI and have appeared on behalf of several co-operative banks in the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
Worked on several legal due diligences, and legal compliances matters.
